Adrienne L.Foster, Mrs. Adrienne L. Foster, of 4814 29th St. in Dickinson, died Thursday morning in Clear Lake Hospital in Webster. She was 54. Mrs. Foster .was born in El Campo, Tex. She worked as a secretary at NASA. She was a 10-year resident of Dickinson, a member of First Baptist Church of Webster, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of the John Birch Society. Funeral services have been set for 1 p.m. today at Jack Rowe Funeral Home, with the Rev. Tolef Hanson, pastor of the First Baptist Church' of Webster officiating. Burial will be today, following a 4 p.m. graveside service at Cedar Vale Cemetery in Bay City. Survivors include two daughters, Dorann Robinett and Margaret Tilley, both of Dickinson; two sisters, Mrs. Lorraine Smith of Dickinson and Mrs. Louvelle Chatin of Houston; and one grandchild. Mr. Salas, who resided at 2503 5th Ave. S. in Texas City, died Saturday at John Sealy hospital. He was 65. Friends may call at the funeral home after 8 a.m. today. Arturo Lopes Graveside services for Arturo Martinez Lopes, 35, of 4001 Ave. H, will be held at 11 a.m. .today at Municipal Cemetery with the Rev. C. J,..Alleman. officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the J. Levy & Bro. Funeral Home. Mr. Lopes died in a drowning accident weeks ago. He was born Aug. 15, 1943. Robert R. Wood Funeral services for Robert Richard Wood, 61, of 7027 Leslie Drive, will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday in the Memorial Room of Broadway Funeral Home with the Rev. Ralph Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock. Mr. Wood died Wednesday afternoon at John Sealy Hospital. He was born Jan. 27, 1917, in Galveston and was a retired seaman. Survivors include his wife, Carrie Wood of Galveston; his mother, Rosa Frank Wood of Galveston; two daughters, Glinda Ann Rutkowski of Pasadena, Texas, and Delores R. Stevens of Hitchcock; a son, Robert L. Wood of Galveston; four sisters, Rosie Wood, Irene Wood, Mamie Wood and Katie Autrey, all of Galveston; four brothers, Buster J. Wood of Alta Loma, George Wood of Freeport, Texas, and Tommy Wood and Johnie Wood of Galveston; and six grandchildren. Rosary will be recited at 7 tonight at the funeral home. Funeral services for Rosalie De La Vergne, of 1011 21st St., will be held at 10 a.m. today at the Hayes Funeral Home in Alta Loma, the Rev. William Garetig officiating. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. today at the Houston National Cemetery. Mrs. De La Vergne died Monday at John Sealy Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Hearne, Texas, and had been a resident of Galveston for 30 years. She was retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and was a veteran of World War II. She was also a member of the Baptist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star and Rebecca. Survivors include her son, Robert L. De La Vergne of Dickinson; a sister, Lucille Bergstrom of El Campo, Texas; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Marie Gewin Mrs. Marie D. Gewin, 58, of 1727 Ursuline, died Thursday morning at St. Mary's Hospital. t Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Cathedral, with the Rev. C.J. Alleman officiating. Burial will follow, under direction of Jack Rowe Funeral Home. Robert, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lee Flores Sr., died Wednesday at John Sealy Hospital. He was 1C days old. Besides his parents, Robert is survived by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Huberto Rivera of Kemah and Mrs. Belen Maldonado ofLeague City; and his great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rosendo Villarealof Kemah, and Mr. and Mrs. Sefrano Cardova of Bacliff.
