Wolflino Taken to Newton County Jail. Frederick Otto Wolfling, held as an enemy alien, who has been confined in the city jail since his arrest two weeks ago, was taken to Neoaho this morning for incarceration incarceration in the county jail as a federal prisoner. He was taken to Neosho by John R. Gibbs, deputy deputy United States marshal. Wolfling in a signed statement, which is in the possession of federal federal authorities, admits he deserted deserted from the United States army in July, 1892.
