Dad Rejects Nerve Gas, Kidnap Link WELLS, Maine (UPI) -Brig. Gen. Peter Olenchuk revealed today he had been the officer in charge of the movement of deadly nerve gas from two depots ' to North Carolina for dumping in the Atlantic Ocean. But he said he refused to believe that had anything to do with his teen-age daughter's disappearance. Olenchuk, who has a summer home in nearby Ogun-quit, commands the Army's ammunition procurement and supply agency in Joliet, HI. He was reported on a special mission on the East Coast when his daughter Mary Catherine, 13, vanished Aug. 9. "I can't discount the possibility, but I think it is highly improbable" that his connection with nerve gas shipment from Alabama and Kentucky had anything to do with her disappearance, he said. The search for Mary Catherine was in its 12th day today with no new leads and state police apparently at a loss on what to do next. ,
