Joseph Arbeiter booked suspected of rape and shooting into a residence. Police said a 21 year old south St. Louis woman told them Arbeiter assaulted her last Friday and threatened to kill her if she told officers.Tuesday night, the woman told police he came to her home and fired a shot into the house when she refused him admittance.
