Crash Victim Recalled As Gifted Young Man St. Charles County By Marianna Riley Ot tht St Chartes Post John C Wyalt, 18, of Lake Saint Louis, who died in a traffic accident In northwest St. Charles County about midnight Wednesday, was a recent graduate of Wentzville High School and bad won a scholarship to Wabash College in Crawfordsville. "He was bright and would have done a lot with his life. And he left a lot of people behind that really loved v3& him. I don't really don't know what else to say." Huddleston said he had been a classmate of Wyatt's and had also been his next-door neighbor for 11 years. He had been named the outstanding journalism student at Wentzville High School, where he had been a reporter on the school newspaper. His journalism teacher, Kim Potts, said she would remember him for bis natural talent "He could write a story and it would just flow . . .he had a way with words," she said. "He liked covering sports and he understood sports. And he could make an interesting story out of something that wasn't exactly earth-shattering."
