In 1956 Mr. Corcoran formed the Waverly Democratic Club and in 1957 was named Town Chairman Chairman of the party, and in this position position he again helped to get voters voters to the polls, got petitions filed filed for candidates and even had a hand in getting broken-down broken-down broken-down machines working again during elections. In 1960 -fie -fie was alternate delegate delegate from the county to the Democratic Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles., Surviving are his wife, Julia Condame Corcoran; one son, Paul, both at home; two daugh ters, Mrs. Gerald (Mary) Keene and Mrs. Edward (Joanne) Kelly, Kelly, both of Waverly; two sisters, Mrs. James (Julia) Murray of Waverly, and Mrs. Betty McCarthy McCarthy of Passaic, N.J., eight grandchildren, grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
