Kinney Co., with offices in the Woolworth building, New York City, has combined with Johnson Baillie Shoe Co., Millersburg, this county; Bedford Shoe Co., Carlisle; J. Landis Shoe Co., Palmyra, all of Pennsylvania,- Pennsylvania,- and Perry Norvell Co., Huntington, W. Va., according to an-nauncement an-nauncement an-nauncement made this morning by Frank Payne, 1901 North Front street, who is interested in several of the companies.
