Group plans for Colonial Ball Press Shrewsbury Bureau MATAWAN There are tickets remaining for the Feb. 21 Colonial Ball at the Magnolia Inn, here, according to Stevenson Enterline, president of the Burrowes Mansion Skirmish Committee, which hosts the annual event. The Colonial Ball, held yearly since 1984, will this year commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Constitution. :ym v. . Also scheduled during the ball is a historic re-enactment that will commemorate the importance of the American Indian during the colonial and post-Revolutionary War period. Playing the role of Revolutionary leader William Paterson, Skirmish Committee historian Stockton Hopkins will sign the Constitution during the re-enactment. Also taking part will be Enterline as New Jersey's William Livingston; Kimberly Meggison as Dolly Madison, tZ vr K W ?i v-U- 5 -i.' J I Vv:i-. i 1 tzjil - ! and Howard Henderson as Jona Dayton, the youngest member of the 1 787 Constitutional Convention. Paterson, Livingston and Dayton were signers of the Constitution from the New Jersey delegation.
