Also noted is the party affiliation of each state's governor: California (D), Delarawe (D), Georgia (D), Illinois (D), Indiana (D), Louisiana (D), Maryland (D), Michigan (R), Missouri (D), Montana Montana CD), New Jersey (D), New York (D) North Dakota (D), Ohio (R), Oregon (R), Pennsylvania (R), South Carolina (D), Utah (D), Virginia Virginia (D), Washington (D), West Virginia (D), and Wyominy (R). Texas (D), Mississippi (D) and Colorado (R) celebrate both Nov. 23 and Nov. 30.
