Washington, March 25. (UP) – President Roosevelt today presented a Congressional Medal of Honor to Kenneth N. Walker Jr., 16, of Glendale, Cal., in recognition of the "conspicuous leadership" displayed by the boy's father, Brig. Gen. Kenneth N. Walker in leading bombing raids over Japanese-held territory in the Southwest Pacific.
