Gohen and Introduced In the Legislature by Senator Fred Bader. In deed, an Impression that prevailed In some quarters that. Mr. Gohen's bill had. the of ficial sanction of the board waa dispelled by the authoritative announcement that the board had taken no action either, for or against It. Prealdent John Rolsen claims that he knew nothings of the bill until he read about it in the newspapers, and it is said the other Democratie Snember of the board. William J.
