1MRS. A, B, LEIDY DIES; WIFE OF FORMER BURGESS Mrs. Katie (Weiser) Leidy. 65, wife of Albert B. Leidy, former burgess of Boyertown. died in her home. 109 West Philadelphia avenue. shortly after 6 o'clock last night. Mrs. Leidy was in failing health i for several years. She was a daughter of the late j William and Catharine tWeller) j Weiser. Active in church work for many years, she was a member of the St. John’s Lutheran church trr?T the Ladies' Aid society. For many years she was a member of the church choir. She also had charge of the primary department some years ago. She was affiliated with Faith chapter of the Eastern Star. Besides her husband, a daughter, Ruth, wife of Richard JafTolo, 1 and two granddaughters, Patricia j Ann and Katie Marie, survive her. * Also surviving here are two sisters and a brother. Isabella. Boyertown; Helena, wife of Walter S. Funk, and Wilson W. Weiser, both of this place. Services will be held privately Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from a funeral home on Warwick street. I i'he Rev. David F. Longaker. pastor , of Si. John’s church, will officiate, j Interment will be made in Fairview cemetery.
