ConctÂ«rre:tÂ«rx on Trial. GOMEsr. Ala., Aug.--Aiex Barter. "Wash Hudson and Wjlbura Haighler Â·were tried yesterday on a charge of passing Si notes that were raised to tens Â·twenties. Haighler proved his innocence- Hudson is a son-in-law of Barter, and Â·was admitted by botii that Hudson, received the notes on which arrests were made from Barter. Hudson was bound over in the sum of S300 to answer at Barter was bound over in $500, and default of bond was committed to jail.
