DUTCH PEACH CAKE Sift and measure 2 cups of flour, then sift again with 2% teaspoons baking powder, % teaspoon salt, % teaspoon cinnamonl and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cuit in % cup shortening. Mix together 1 .egg and 1 cup milk, boat well and add toi dry ingredients. Stir quickly and pour into greased pan. Cover cake with quartered' peeled fresh peaches' and Crinkle with cinnamon cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a moderate | oven.
