ADAM WEST KILLED JUMP - IXG FROM A WAGOX Endeavoring to Save Herself and Her Child She Leaps to the Ground and Breaks Her Neck Mrs. Adam West, of Greenwood, near Chambersburg, In endeavoring to sa,ve the life o; herself and child by jumping from a wagon drawn by a pair of frightened mules, broke her neck and received additional injuries that resulted in her immediate death. The accident was the result of the snapping of the wagon - tongue which caused the mules to start at a break neck pace for the railroad tracks a short distance away.
