CARL V, WALTER, 94. of Danville Rfl 8. formerly of Saltsburg, died Wednesday, Peb; 2B< 1MB, in the Boone Nursing Home, lyersgrove. He was born August 1, 1881, InLatrobe. Mr. Walter was a life member member of Western Star Lodge No. 21 P & A.M., Youngstowh, Ohio, and Belmont Methodist Church, Saltsburg. A retired foreman of Youtig- stown Sheet and Tube Company, Company, he had in Montour County area resided with a cousin, Mrs. Clyde Cotter of Strawberry Ridge, Danville RD 3. Surviving are three cousins, Mrs. Cotner and Clarence and Omar Walter, both of Saltsburg. Saltsburg. He was preceded in death by his wife Ada Walter in 1967. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, in the Edgewood Cemetery, Saltsburg, with the Rev. Jarries E. Anderson Jr. of Saltsburg officiating. Arrangements are in charge of the Emerson C. Heffner Funeral Funeral Home, Water Street, . Washingtonville.
