Smith Estate Left To Three Children, Two Grandchildren • Almost the entire estate, previously previously valued at $15,000, of George H; M. Smith, who died here June 9. was left to his three children and two grandchildren. Smith's will was probated in the probate court here Tuesday. The children, Mrs. Flossie C. Btek, Mrs. Fannie Hare and George Sidney Sidney Smith, will each receive ohe- fourth of the estate. Pauline and Dorothy Smith, daughters of SiftIlli's late son, Arthur B. Smith, will receive the remaining one- fourth. Before the children and grandchildren grandchildren receive their part of the estate, Smith specified that Mrs. Undine Smith, widow of another son, Harry Smith, should receive $1,000 in cash and a promissory note signed by her late hiisband for $150. Mrs. Riek was also given a promissory promissory note signed by her husband, G. H. Rlek. for $962.05, and Mrs, Hare was given a similar note signed signed by her husband, M. H. Hare, for $1,831.
