Williams, state superintend- :«nt of the Illinois Children's Home and Aid Society will discuss "The Es- Initials of Welfare for the Individual /Child." Mr. Williams spoke at the First, Presbyterian Church here several several months ago. Judge Wilbur A. Trares of the Madison County Court will speak on "Thc Legal Protection of the Child." Henry c. Armstrong, president of the Edwardsville Community Chest, will talk on "Community Organizations Organizations for Public Welfare." Mrs. V. M. Bristol, director of thc Southern Illinois branch of the Aid Society, will relate "Real Stories of Some of Madison County's Children." George Handlon, president of the County Committee will preside at thc dinner, A short'musical program will also be given.
