Downey and daughter Dorothy, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Pager, Freeport; Mr. nnd Mr.-,. Hnrley Motter and son Ronnie, and Richard Pager, Leaf River; Mrs. Elizabeth Fager. Susie Downey, daughter of Ann j the late Thomas and Sally Downey, and Elmer S. Blair, son of the John F. and Amelia Blair, were married Dec. 28. 1892. nt the Downey farm home one mile east of Adeline. The late Rev. Frank H. i-_• Gardner, of the Methodist church, I read the ceremony. They established their home on a farm one mile! south of Adeline and until Adeline where thev ..v.w iv..^,,.. «..„. Blair, who is 72 years old. was born Dec. 13, 1870. Mr. Blair is 73. and ! was born Sept. 12. 1869. Mrs. John I Newcomer ot German Valley, sis- ter of Mr Blair, and C. W. Downev | lived there 't'liev moved to Marnow reside. Mrs. of Chicago brother of Mrs. Blair, attended the couple at the wedding ceremony 50 years ago. Both plan to attend the anniversary dinner. The Blairs have three daughters: Mrs. Millie Fager, Freeport; Mrs. Mnude Reed, Adeline, nnd Mrs. Ruby Totenhngen. Polo. One. son, Dewitt. passed away in infancy. Grandchildren are Mrs. Ardis Moi-| ter and Richard Fager, Leaf River; i Donald Fager, Forreston; Ann j Marie and James Totenhagen, Polo; j Myrna Lee Reed, Adeline. Great: grandchildren included Ronnie I Motter, Leaf River, and Wava Jean Fager, Forreston. Mr. and Mrs. Blair have been | engaged in farming their entire married life, on the same farm one mile south of Adeline. They are members of the Methodist church at Adeline,
