Frank Timoney, one of the best-kfKwn best-kfKwn best-kfKwn brick manufacturers along the Hudson, was seriously injured this morning on the tracks of the New I York Central Railroad : near Timoneyville. 1 Michael Michael Doyle of Nwburg, employed at the Timoney brick yards, who was standing a few feet from Timoney, was instantly killed. Doyle was stationed on the New York' Central Central track at thjp Timoney yards. His duties were, cn the approach of trains, to remove pieces of wood; laid down between the: rails on which brlekp were wheeled. This morning morning Timoney s.too.1 conversing with Doyle when the Empiire State express came along. Doyle had picked the piece of wood from the track upon; the approach of the train, and the theory; it that he saw Mr. Timoney standing in tile way of the express: and nufhed his employer out of the way of the train, but was too late to save himself. A tmrt of the engine struck him and he: was hurled against iTimoney wtth such force as to render the latter unconscious.
