Mr*. M. F. Manning Honoree Mrs. M. F. Manning was nppolnte as chairman of Public Welfare am Community Service by Mrs Pan Carter, president of the Twenty-nec- ond District, of Women's Clubs. Mrs Manning was organizer of the Wood River Woman's Club which is now entering upon Its twelfth year, and was the first club president. Mrs Manning has been chairman of the Welfare Committee of the Woman's Club nhoiit seven years.
