Roberts, to sell and convey to said Roberts tbe two safes and office fixtures and furniture, all of tbe biks containing the accounts of the transactions of the said Owens. Lane & Dyer Machine Company at 8t. Louis, including ail letters, letier-books and other papers relating trie re to, which are to be removed to Hamilton, Ohio, and the Receiver and agents at all times to have access to aud the use of all said books iu the settlement of tbe affairs of said Company.
