VINCENNES, Ind., October 4- Police today were on the lookout for Herman Paul Ramsey, following a state police radio report that he had escaped from the state farm, where he was sentenced September 15 to six months and a $100 fine for petty larceny. Ramsey was convicted in police court for robbing Adelle Yensull, girl hitchhiker from Pittsburgh.
