REL Students To Attend Math, Science Seminars Five Robert E. Lee students | will attend math and science seminars this summer at universities. universities. They are Robert Zubik, son of Mr and Mrs. A. R. Zubik, 2105 Chilton; Cliff Athertpn, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Atherton, Atherton, 1807 McFarland; Thomas Post, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Henry Lovell Post, 1304 Hill; Larry Brill, son of Mr. and Mrs. N. K. Brill, 2S01 Virginia, and Mike Hare, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Hare, 1806 Army. These students are among the top five per cent of the science students at REL. Competitive tests were given and each boy submitted an autobiography and a paper on science activities and interests. They were screened from 300 to 800 applicants at each of the university programs. The scholarships scholarships are provided by the National National Science Foundation funds and other resources.- Each scholarship provides tuition,, tuition,, books and materials.
