1774, conveyed his landed property to his r - ons, viz: i0' Robert 104 acres and US perches, and to William and Thomas 162 acres and 40 perches. The wife of James Craig evidently died previous to the above mentioned date. The tract deeded to William and Thomas Ora - 'g contained a. grist mill formerly called "Craig's Mi 1,' erected about the year 1750. This mill was taken down about 180 - 5 and a new one erected a short distance above the site, of the old one. Thomas Craig cvidentlv conveyed his portion of this tract, to Wil liam Craig, as by deed dated April 1 194, William Craig and E.izab?th his wife conveyed a tract of land then con taming L'bS acres and 140 perches to Henry Epple, w hich includes the 162 acre? and 4G perches above ment'oned.
