former Karen Meyers of Edgerton, the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Fred C. Meyers. Mr. Hodge was employed by a wholesale grocery firm and was driving a company truck at the time of the accident. Surviving are his wife; seven children, all at home; his parents and several brothers and sisters, all in California. Services in Mont Clair were attended by Mrs. Hodge's brother, Fred C. Myera Jr. Edgerton. Mrs. Fred Sieved FORT ATKINSON - Mrs. Fred Sievert, 86, of Rt. 2, Fort Atkinson, died last night in Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. The former Ida Klitzkie waa born in Germany Nov. 15,1881, and came to this area in 1908. She was married to Fred Sievert Sept. 15, 1910 and they farmed in the area prior his death in 1950. She was a member of St. Paul'a Lutheran Church and Ladies Aid Society. Surviving are four sons, Herman, Lima Center, Clarence. Lake View, Ark., Otto and Frank, both of Fort Atkinson; five daughters, Mrs. William Himmler, Fort Atkinson, Louise Sievert, San Fran- icisco, Calif., Mrs. Joe McKinley, Erie, Pa., Mrs. Hardy, Portland. Ore., Mrs. Waldemar Doebert, Jefferson; 29 grandchildren; great - grandchildren; great-great - 'grandchildren. Services will be Monday 2 p.m. in the church with burial in Evergreen Cemetcrv.
