Complaint filed against Newcomb Saxton
IDAHO STATS JOURNAL Thursday, June 30, 1960-3 Complaints Filed Against Two Men In Brush Blazes Complaints have been filed with Justice of the Peace Charles W. Hyde charging two Pocatcllans with burning trash without proper fireguards. Charged in complaints signed by Cecil Dixon, fire warden for the Bureau of Land Management here, were Joseph Kasmusscn, west of the city, and Newcomb Saxton, 1114 South Fifth, Both were 1 ordered ordered to appear in court following two separale brush fires which started from burning trash. The charge against Rnsmussen followed last Saturday's brush fire which began- at Maple Leaf Dairy on the west bench and covered approximately ItW acres. Dixon said Saxton was charged 'vith transporting trash to an area cast of Idaho Stale College and leaving it to burn without a fireguard.
