The purchaser ahall assume the payment of a note for the sum of 93860, secured by mortgage on the property aforesaid, - and payable oa the 99th March, 1869. The purchaser shall further assume the payment of a sum of 91388 19, being a balance doe on a note fir a larger amount, secured oy mortgage on tbe property aforesaid, and payable on the 1st May, 18f. The purchaser ahall farther assume the pey ment of a note for tbe nun 82773 3d, secured by mortgage on the property aforesaid, and payable on tbe 1st May, 1864. Th purchaser shall further assume t he payment of a stock note for the sum of 913.403 9a dae to the Citizens' Bank of Louisiana, secured by mortgage on tbe property aforesaid, payable on tbe let February, I860, and renewable from year I to year. Vanbibber, each far the sum of 83913 89, payable respectively on the 14th April, 1880, 1861, 18.S and 1863, the last one with one year's interest at 8 per cent, amounting together to 916,654 76, which notes are secured by mortgage on the one undivided half of the aaid property, belonging to H - Vanbibber.
