Garcia Gets 4-Year Suspended Term By Associated Prrsj SANTA FE, Sept. 20.—A four- year suspended sentence'was assessed T. V. Garcia, former Dona Ana County justice of the peace, yesterday in federal court. Garcia pleaded guilty to impersonating a federal judge. His sentence was given on the condition that he repay all fines collected fradulenlly and pay a ?400 fine. Vernon D. Yelton, convicted on a charge of impersonating a federal ;ame warden on two counts, received one-year concurrent sentences on each count. Nine months of each sentence were suspended on condition of good behavior. Garcia was fined in connection with activities in his grocery store court at Anapra near Rl Paso.
