; Summerfield Girl Is Wed At Manhattan Miss Vlasta Holsan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Holsan of Summerfield, Kans., and Dwight D. Blaesi, son of Mrs. E. L,. Blaesi of Abilene, were married May 20 at the First Christian ohurrri in Manhattan. The double ring ceremony \vas read by the Rev. J. D Arnold. Preceding the ceremony. Mrs. F. J. Lovell played "To A \ViUl Rose" and "Liebenstraum" during the lighting of the tapers hy Joiui Williams and Judy Panstnin of Manhattan, Mrs. Lovell played the traditional wedding marches and "Ave Maria" during the ceremony. Loren Van Petten, Waterville. accompanied by Mrs. Lovell, sang "Because," "Through the Years" and "The Lord's Prayer." Miss Eyleen Graham of Marysville was maid of honor and Miss Wilma Anderson of Superior was bridesmaid. Reynard Coffenborgen of Abilene attended as best man. Pallas Carlson and Dean Huffa of Abilene were ushers. A reception in the church parlors followed the ceremony. The bride is a graduate of the Summerfield high school and is a graduate assistant in home economics education nt KSAC. Blaesi is also a graduate of KSAC and is in soil conservation work nt Osnge City. Kans. He served in the navy three years.
