WHEREAS a certain Solomon Lowry, Jqftph Randolph , and Edmund Bra - dies, came to my plantation in Louifa county, and in my abfence took therefrom, in a forceable manner, a cheflnut forrel mare orandcu ontneon: buttock o, paces, trots, and gallops, has a hanging mane and fwitch tail, and isabout 7 or 8 years old, which mare, to the beft of my knowledge, knowledge, I proved to be the property of mr. John Smith of Prince Edward' county : This is to forewarn all perfons from buying, buying, trading,' or in any manner whatever recihing the faid mare at the hands of either of the above - mentioned perfons, as they fliall anfwer at tbeir peril for their procedure. i William, Smith.
