Marie Wilhelmina Coralina Cukiahz, 79, died Friday at 10:44 a.m. in Holy Family Hospital She bad been ill for the past year and WM in and out of th hospital frequently; the las time for three months. Death was attributed to a lingering ill ness and complications of her age. Marie Cuklanz was born Ap ril 11, 1M4 in Nienburg. Han- "• "9 ***"" *•• *^ •*•*•»«*» Q. «*cur- over, Germany, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Brunsch- ier. She came to the United States as c child and was edu cated in the Auburn and Em metsburg schools. * * * On Oct. 24, 1902 she was wed to Charles Cuklanz at Ayrshire and on February, 1925 moved to Dickinson county. She lived most of her married life in Iowa except for a short while she and her husband lived ' Concordia,Mb. She was-a member of the Immanuel. Lutheran Church ol Terril and 'la survived by her sons, Marvin, Carl and Arthur, all of Terril; her daughters, Mrs. Paula Johnson, Des Moines; Mrs. Harry (Olga) Luehring, Terril; Mrs. Alfred (Leona) Enerson, Estherville; 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. • ; * * * She. was preceded in death by her husband; one son, Fred; two grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Louise Wajahn. Mrs. Cuklanz's grandsons were pallbearers at the services. They are Harlan Cuklanz, Duane Cuklanz, Larry Cuklanz, Paul Enerson, Ervin Johnson and Larry Luehring. The Fuhrman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery at Terril.
