SHIPPENSBURG BURGESS DEAD SHIPPENSBURG, Aug. 24. Harry Wolf, 72 years old, died yesterday morning at his home in West King street, this place. He is survived by the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Grace Wolf Grove and Mary Elizabeth Wolf, both of this place; William Wolf, Carlisle; John Wolf, Hayes Grove; Lloyd Wolf, Boates-ville, Boates-ville, Boates-ville, and Dallas Wolf of Harrisburg. Wolf was a member of Valley Encampment, Encampment, I. O. O. F., and of the Shippensburg Church of God. He has been a resident of this place since 1876. He had been a blacksmith until until he retired ten years ago. During two of his four terms as councilman he was president of the borough council. He has been chief burgess of this place for the past three years. Funeral services will be held Wednesday Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the home with the Rev. Hugh R. Lobb, pastor pastor of the Church of God, officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Cemetery. The services will be in charge of the local Odd Fellows.
