Ware announces the engagement of her daughter, Char-lene Char-lene Char-lene Burford, to Oliver Seavy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Seavy, 234 Calapooia street. Miss Burford resides resides at the K. of P. apartments. The couple plans to be married in January. Miss Burford was graduated from Albany high school and Mr. Seavy also attended Albany high school and later served in the U.S. navy. At present Miss Bur ford is employed by the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph company and Mr. Seavy is employed by Cummings Transfer and Fuel company. company.
