Bkkork Recorder Ramos. A wight, who calls himself Austo Moleon, was yesterday examined on two charges of larceny, and was committed for trial before the First District Court on each.' One of the charges was stealing a pair of boots and a pair of shoes from the store of R. H. Bowles, on Canal street, which articles were found in his possession. Tbe other charge arose out of the stealing of a line pair of boots, which were " wisely kept for show'' at the door of H. Weber's store corner of Custom bouse and Royal streets. Bail in both cases was fixed at $1,000. The general impression is that Austo put his foot into it when he entered into the boot and shoe business. William Summers was arrested on suspicion of being colored, and of remaining in the Stale in contravention contravention of law.
