ceremonies dental tool and Ben- St Ceremony Saturday Karen Steinke Is Bride Of Joseph Killian Miss Karen Dee Steinke became the bride of Joseph E. Killian, in a 4 p.m. ceremony Saturday at the' Napier Parkview Baptist church. The Rev. Norman H. Vernon officiated before some 500 guests. Mrs. Edward Rode provided organ organ music and Miss Betty Kaye Brunke was soloist. The bride is the daughter of and Mrs. Ray Steinke, 2503 Morton avenue, St. Joseph. T h groom's parents are Atty. and Mrs. Joseph E. Killian, 2020 View avenue, St. Joseph. WEARS DOLL CROWN Gowned in white' peau de sole with fitted, embroidered bodice with sweetheart neckline and short sleeves and a full-length bell- shaped skirt, the bride wore miniature seed pearl and crystal dolls's crown on her head, holding a finger-tip length veil. The bride's sister, Mrs. P. Wesner of St. Joseph, was matron of honor, wearing a coral street-length dress with bell-shaped bell-shaped skirt, fitted bodice and short jacket with elbow-length sleeves trimmed with Alencon lace. She carried a coral parasol with painted daisies. Bridesmaids, gowned as the matron of honor, were: Mrs. Walsh of St. Joseph; Miss Carol Killian, sister of the groom and Miss Ingrid Hammermeister. Two nieces of the bride served as flower girls: Tamra Rae Tara Lee Wesner of St. Joseph. Attending the groom were Richard Richard Foreman of Lansing as man and ushers Donald F. Wesner and John Gillespie of St. Joseph, Daniel Yeley and Larry Sutton of Big Rapids and Arvid Kiander of Grand Rapids. Assisting at the reception in church were the Misses Cecile Hobs, Dikie Bennett, Loisann Steinke and Sherry Spitzke. ON HONEYMOON The newlyweds are spending their honeymoon in Gatlinsburg Tenn. Mrs. Killian is a graduate of Joseph high school, employed at the Heath Co., St. Joseph. Mr. Killian will report to the Lakeland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, after the honeymoon honeymoon to begin training at the U.S.A.F. officers training school there.
