COMMITTEE MEETS Dr. Charles King of North Carolina College at Durham was the guest speaker at the montlv ly meeting of the Oaston Souiv ty Community Planning Com. mittee at the Third Street Pres. jyterian spoke to he ways and means of combating combating juvenile delinquency.
