Joseph A. Shanahan, 59, of Springbrook, New York, named Moul as his assailant, was arrested a block from the plant, where attack occurred, by detective ser- eants on a charge of assault, second degree. Moul was unable to offer police Â·eason for the attack. When asked why he his Moul, Shanahan answered, "Someone had ,o be slugged and it might just well be him."
