Lafon killing 1929
MAN ACQUITTED ON UNWRITTEN UNWRITTEN LAW EL PASO, Oct. 4.--A. F. Lafon, who shot and killed Charles Titus last summer when he found him in a parked automobile with Mrs. Lafon, was acquitted on murder charges after Mrs. Lafon testified concerning her relationship with the dead man. Lafon had pleaded the unwritten law.
