Girard Montgomery, who, -while driving an automobile on Pennsyl- vania avenue "Wednesday night is leg-ed by the police to have struck two persons, was held yesterday coroner's Jury for the action of the | grrand jury, following the death David's Protestant and Parrant W. Cummings. | At the tirne Mr. Cummings w-s struck, Montgomery, according to the charge, -was driving up the avenue i with a colored woman, whom he rushing to a hospital. The woman had been run down at Four-and-one- half and C streets. The same coroner's jury exonerated William R. Thompson from all responsibility responsibility in the death of John Follin, 75 years old, who was struck by Thompson's automobile and fatally injured on October 20.
