The Oak Leaf Cluster, awarded posthumously to Staff Sgt. Russell H. Sweet of the Army Corps, who was killed in the Philippines on Jan. 3, will be presented to his father, Kenneth F. Sweet, 18 Canal Street, in the Elks' Building on Park Avenue following the Flag Day parade on June. 14. Mr. Sweet has already received the Purple Heart awarded to his son.
