News of Colored Folk District' Workers Banquet Manager The agency force ot Bluellekl District District ot the National Life Beneficial Insurance Company, gave a banquet last night at the home ot A. T. Hendricks, Hendricks, Mineral street, In honor ot W. B. Hiatt, manager ot the district, who is leaving Sunday morning for Trenton, N. J., where he ha9 been transferred by the company. The force has about nineteen agents, who with a few invited friends, gave Mr. Hiatt a pleasant entertainment as an expression of esteem in which he is held by his associates. Personals T. Edward Hill, director negro bureau bureau of welfare and statistics, Charleston, Charleston, was- in the city yesterday to se e bis brother, Prof. James L. Hill, and friends.
