Hill Rites--Private funeral rites Tyler Edward Hill, 49 years old, former director of the btatu bureau of Negro welfare, who committed suicide suicide Friday afternoon at his hoirs Morris street, will be held at the Campbell cnripel on" Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Memorial park, near Dunbar. The body was to be removed to the Saturday afternoon. Mr. Hill came to Charleston several several years ago from MrDowcll coun- tv, where he was prominent in Republican politics. He served two terms in the state legislature. Surviving Surviving him are his widow and two children. Honorary pallbearers will be T. Nuttor, C. G. Kimbrousjh, A r t h Jackson, Thomas Whitueo, Julius "Love, G. E. Ferguson, Dr. John W. Davis, J.
