Freak Mishaps Send Three S. L. Persons to Hospitals A series of unusual mishaps < sent three victims, one of them an 18-month-old baby, to Salt Lake hospitals Monday. Most seriously injured was little little Shirley Acocks, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Acocks of 248 Barrett place, whose left eye was pierced by a piece of broken bottit. Her condition at Salt Lake genera! hospital was reported only fair Monday night. Surgeons could not say if she would lose her sight. H. P. Dillon, 49. of 840 West North Temple street, was reported reported in good condition at L. D. S. hospital, where he was taken Monday morning after first aid treatment at police emergency hospital for a fractured left ankie and foot. Injured by a huge fall- Ing timber. The acoident occurred at the Standard Fuel company yards, Mr. Dillon reported.
