II II Lily Parade During Easter Seal Campaign James N. Porter, executive secretary of the Souther Illinois Association for the Crippled, Inc., reported today that the Federated Civic Women's Club of Mt. Vernon will conduct a Lily Parade for crippled children on the streets of Mt. Vernon during the Easter Seal campaign. Porter reported that plans call for the Tag Day to be held Saturday, March 29. Chairman for the project will be Mrs. Joseph Gaunt. Mrs. Gaunt reports that proceeds from the sale of the white paper lilies made by handicap- pod adults, wil be used by the Easter Seal Soicety to help finance its summer camping program for crippled children, its speech and hearing treatment programs, and many other services of the organ'zation. Porter stated that over 90% of the funds raised in the campaign stay in Illinois to serve the handicapped of the 33 southernmost counties with the incorporation of the Southern Illinois Association for the Crip, pled, Inc.
