Church Women Elect Officers JONESTOWN - The United Methodist Women of the Jonestown Jonestown United Methodist Church brought articles of new clothing to the meeting Thursday evening held at the home of Mrs. Larry Major. The clothing will be taken to the Fall Ingathering which will be held at the Central United Methodist Church, Reading. The clothing will be distributed distributed to needy persons as a project of the UMW. Mrs. Russell Boeshore, president, conducted the program and business meeting. An item of interest, "Wanted—Apostles" was presented by Judy Lueth. Mrs. Ralph Mohn and Sarah Schaeffer took part in the program. Officers were elected for 1976. They are: Mrs. Russell Boeshore, president; Mrs. Larry Major, vice president; Mrs. Lewis Artz, secretary; Mrs. Frank Kem, treasurer; Mrs. George Luch, needle craft; Mrs. Kenneth Grimes, Mrs. Roy Deaven and Mrs. James Donmoyer, nominations and personnel committee. Plans were made for the Thankoffering Service on Nov. 16 at 9 a.m. when Dr. Madeline Albrecht of Lebanon Valley College will be the speaker. Birthday celebrants were Mrs. Sarah Schaeffer and Mrs. Frank K*rn.
