Sentence of Former Cabbie Commuted MADISON I.T) — Richard Kelly, former Milwaukee cab driver sentenced to life in Waupun 28 years ago for the murder of a Dane County woman, was freed from parole Thursday by Gov. Walter Kohler. Kelly, 52, was given his freedom under a commutation of sentence signed by the governor. Kelly now lives in St. Paul, Minn. . .The Milwaukean and Alvin Greenwaldt were convicted of mur- tho-i-deiung GreenwuldtV-Avife, Emma, 38, of Mt. Horcb, in 1927. Her strangled body was found near Dousman in Waukesha County. Kelly and Greenwaldt were paroled in 1947. Greenwaldt died of a heart attack a week later.
