Bon Mrs. of em- of in is Co. Sylvia Gray. Miss Helen Faust Becomes Bride in Church Ceremony T HE wedding of Miss Helen Ruth Faust, daughter of Rev. and Mrs. John W. Faust of 204 Center st., Solvay, and Lit. (jg) Hubert Lane Via, son of Mr. and Mrs. Houston of Bluefield, W. Va., was solemnized at 4 p. m. Saturday, June 1, in Asbury Methodist church. The bride's father performed the ceremony assisted by Rev. Dr. Carl G. Mc.Connell. Miss M. Lillian Jerome played organ music.- The matron oi honor, Mrs. E. Curtiss Gaylord of State College, Pa., sister of the bride, wore a white dotted Swiss Rown with a headpiece ot pink'flowers and carried pink carnations. Lt. (jg) Robert J. Malinlck ol Pittsburgh, Pa., was best man. Frederick M, Darrow Darrow and M/Sgt. John E. Hardy ushered. The bride wove a white marquisette marquisette gown with a sweetheart neckline trimmed with rufllcs cascading to the hem. Her veil fell from a crown of tulle and orange blossoms and. sha carried white roses nnd lilies of the valley. Following the ceremony, a reception reception was given in the social rooms of the church. When the couple left for a trip thru the southern states, the young matron matron wore a copen blue linen Â·dressmaker suit w i t h white accessories accessories and an orchid corsage. The bride was discharged from the WAVES after serving in San Diego Calif., for two years. The bridegroom is s t a t i o n Charlestown, H. I.
