Fish-Rearing Ponds North Of Lehi Now Being Cleaned LEHI—Jack .Sly, president "of the Lehi Wildlife Association, reports that the fish-rearing ponds north of Lehi which are maintained by the association have been drained, and cleaning is now underway. Approximately 2000 nice fish ranging in size from five to 11 inches were turned into Dry Creek channel when the spring-fed ponds were drained. These trout will make good angling for local sportsmen sportsmen during the coming season. Mr. Sly declared that his group expects to begin re-stocking the ponds with "fries" within the next two weeks. He also expects at least two loads of "legals" for Dry Creek during the summer months, the first from the State, around the first week of June, and the second from the Federal Fish Hatchery during the summer. The fish-rearing ponds are on private property, and were dredged and prepared by the association with special permission from the property owners.
