Louis F. Weber TIPTON. Ind. - Louis F. Weber, 70, 419 Kentucky Ave., died at 8 a.m. 'Saturday, April 13,1991, at Tipton County Memorial Hospital. Born April 20.1920, in Tipton, he was a son of Samuel J. and Josephine (Ripberger) Weber. He married Helen Butz on May 6,1947. She survives. Also surviving are two daughters, daughters, Jo Anna Powell and Mindy Overdorf, both of Tipton; a son, Denis Weber of Westfield; a sister, Margaret Phifer of Tipton; a brother, Arnie Weber of Kokomo; and five grandchildren. Two sisters and a brother preceded preceded him in death. Weber retired from Pioneer Hi-Bred International, where he had been assistant plant manager for several years. He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, the American Legion and Moose Lodge, and a life member of the Knights of Columbus, Tipton Elks Lodge and Fraternal Order of Police. An Army veteran of World War II, h* retired from the Indiana Guard Reserve. A service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Fred Gschwind officiating. Burial with military services will follow at St. John's Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Young-Nichols Funeral Home, where a rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
